Server Provisioning Request

To request a server installation in any of OIT's managed machine rooms, simply copy the text form below into your favorite email client, fill in as much as you can and email it to support@oit.gatech.edu.

If you do not know the answer to a question, simply leave it blank or ask a question about the question.

You will receive a Remedy confirmation email once it is assigned to a system administrator.  The admin will look over your request to make sure it all makes sense and will be able to provide you with an update on the server installation progress.
