GT Recording Agreement or "Waiver"

In June 2008, GT Legal approved a new Recording Agreement or "Waiver" that we may use to obtain permission from individuals (e.g. lecturers, interviewees, etc.) for event recordings, broadcast and/or subsequent use for educational, promotional or non-commercial use. One should obtain signatures from individuals before publishing digital media content on publicly available servers such as the GT iTunesU site.
